Gluten Free Cake
Well, it was my son's third birthday today, and my wife made him a cake.
Although he isn't coeliac, both his brother and his Dad (me) are, and so she made a Gluten Free cake. Basically, that's a cake without any wheat flour.
And let me assure you, it tasted as good as it looked.
